Cancellation Policy
Roo Jumps understands that many unforeseen things can happen before a party. Since we do not require any deposit, we just ask that you give us enough notice so that our driver does not make a trip all the way to your event.
Bad Weather Policy
Roo Jumps sets up in all types of weather, except winds in excess of 25mph. If the wind speed is 25 mph, then Roo Jumps will not set up any inflatables. Roo Jumps will set up in rain, excluding thunderstorms, and snow. However, once the inflatable is set up, there will be no refund given for inclement weather.
