Every unit is cleaned and inspected after each use.  Each unit is vacuumed, and cleaned with a mild disinfectant inside and out.   After each unit is cleaned, it is thoroughly inspected and any repairs made before the next rental

Our typical rental is  2 to 6 hours, however, we can reduce the time and adjust our price accordingly if needed.

All pricing includes delivery, setup, and pickup of your inflatable rental.  Roo Jumps provides our own extension cords for every job.

We still accept personal or business checks and Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

That depends on which inflatable you are renting, refer to each inflatable on website for sizing requirements

We can set up on any surface you need us to.  We do have a minimal fee for anything other than grass due to the fact we need to provide tarps and sand or water barrels to anchor the inflatables

Roo Jumps will set up in virtually any weather conditions to keep your event a go.  The only time Roo Jumps will cancel is for winds over 25 mph.

You can expect our delivery driver anywhere from two hours to a half an hour ahead of your scheduled party time.

First of all, we ask that everyone stays calm and assist those in the unit to exit safely.  Then call the Roo Jumps office to troubleshoot the problem.

The only time we ask that the inflatable be unplugged is if the wind is blowing in excess of 25 mph.  If it is just a light rain shower, leave the inflatable running.

Roo Jumps does offer discounts for renting multiple inflatables, call for pricing

Summertime is extremely busy for Roo Jumps, and have many rentals on any given day.  In order to get the inflatable of your choice, the sooner you reserve increases your chances of still having that particular unit available

What are the normal rental hours?

Roo Jumps will set up as early as needed for any given event.  Typically, Roo Jumps last pickup in the evening is 8:00 PM to avoid an additional charge.

Yes, many of our customers require a large liability policy in order to continue to do work with them.  Roo Jumps will be more than happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance if needed.  For an additional charge, Roo Jumps can also make you an Additional Insured on our policy

Yes, if allowed by the City you are having your party.  Roo Jumps will even take care of calling for locates of the irrigation lines for you.  Some cities do not allow stakes to be driven into the ground, so Roo Jumps will take appropriate action to secure the inflatable
